...are your references to support the assertions that the article quoted and/or the WMIH filing quoted is "wrong again?"

...particularly with regard to the full disclosure in the WMIH filing about the $37M D&O WMILT settlement and the allocation of the amount to WMIH.

...and also with regard to the assertions that Susman is representing the WMILT on the $500M D&O settlement (when the article and docket clearly indicated otherwise).
