Sadly, nothing that appears positive about CGRP is verifiable. Not a single mine can be found, which calls into doubt every bit of their financial scribblings, which don't even come close to adding up or making sense anyhow. Therefore, all those calculations need to be thrown out the window.
Besides, they've already decided to go private. They must have a majority of the shares, as they didn't bother to invite you retail longs to vote on the matter. Which means they are free to thumb their noses at longs, another way of saying no one will get a dime.
