I never invest in Biotech on technicals. Unfortunately they don't tell the story of anticipated events and timelines that can substantially effect sp. Yes maybe you can get in lower, but the way I look at it is; they are fully enrolled for their current P3 which showed similar effectiveness for a market a little larger than NWBO's, they met their enrollment timeline to the month, have pasted first interim analysis, and expect second and final analysis in 2016. So if you think you may miss the boat with NWBO by not being invested then the same same theory time 3 applies here.

PS it is very thinly traded because institutional ownership is 26%. Go take a look at insider ownership and recent purchases, there are no shares changing hands because the strong hands hold and there are no shares to trade. I have a similar position in ARGS as I do NWBO.
