All you need to do is go back,reread financials,plus the pr on marketing firm that was never done...250 k shares right there, just use a calculater....with the 250 k in shares that's actually more than 3.5...it's all in financials and pr's just read them correctly...

Amazon has yet to receive any units. VOIS is the only current seller.

Further, I don't recall any discussion about the 8/31 8K, which announced yet another CPA change. No wonder the Q is now almost a month late. Of course, until it's filed, we don't know the latest o/s count. My guess is, it's approaching 3 bn.....no reason to expect an r/s yet....
