No a reverse split will happen.... Too many shares in market..along with notes still to convert... Vois is a toxic note maker... Look at the marketing firm that was paid in shares of 250 k...where's the marketing...well look at the dilution hitting shares...hardly any pps movement..won't move until reverse split done...history of vois..
