Asset stripping is a common occurrence in the OTC. Common stockholders will end up with "something" but there is no requirement it actually have any real value. Value is in the eyes of the beholder anyways.
For example, it could be a share exchange...but the resulting shares have no market, no way to trade, so while they may make nice wall paper...that is about all the "value" they have.
Exactly how stupid does that should go private and leave investors with nothing but wait also ask them to further invest!!! Just Waiting for the merger agreement at this point il take a penny is fine
