I agree! I am just frustrated as all the rest here. The Strat was supposed to fly last year and we have not really had a substantial communications of information to the public. My fears are that the NASA mentality has bled into management. I worked for NASA for a number of years and I know that meeting the public needs is last on the list and overruns and delays are the norm. The managers are highly qualifed engineers and no one doubts that but in terms of overstating goals and meeting objectives on time -- NASA engineers have in the past demonstated an ability to not meet the goal.
I have been in this stock for almost 9 years now and I can safely say I have been patient but as with most here I think the expectation is that this year will present a change. A change would incorporate some real facts and to prove a change is in place I think the company should be more proactive in its communication to the public. I can't see why they would not have a website with a graphical timeline that is updated once in a while that shows the progress. With that all they would need to do is say that the timeline is updated.
I also wanted to find out what - inundated by demand from counterparties all over the world in terms of wireless contracts means. Does it mean 1, 10, 100 and why wouldn't each and every contract be explored. If 10 small projects can't be started then how in world would they have been able to manage a $600 million dollar rollout in Russia. Please get this straight. I own more then 13,000 shares of this company and I have pre-split purchases of .02, .04 , .05, .08, etc and I am very long. I just think my expectation is set higher than it needs to be for this firm and sometimes the promise of the technology is greater then the firms ability to actually deliver it. Huff may be a great engineer but it takes a great team to assist the engineer to bring the product to the public. Once its public then it takes another great team to continue to sell it and all that implies.
