LOL.No proven fraud.No allegation of fraud. By any regulatory agency. Only takes one brain cell to understand that.

The fraud here was perpetrated by MM/Shorts then the cover up after the DTCC screwed the pooch with the distribution of the dividend that should have went to the Due Bill only and finally by the sec/finra for the kill to cover/up.

Blatant cover/their azzes at the shareholders expense.
