Despite the outstanding disagreement to rights of operatorship and working interest, HENC and Terra Nova are working together to ensure the drilling program moves forward as planned.

I'm so very pleased to see that our disagreements are excellent, wonderful..."outstanding" even. Maybe the 3 parties can fianlly get something drilled!

On a more serious note, anyone think that TGC/PV would intentionally "miss" on the next well with the nefarious purpose of hoping to get HENC to fold up their tent and go back to what they do best...which clearly is not investing in resource companies? Will the drill sites be "jointly selected or does the operator(TGC) have final say so?
