LMAO, the state of New York shows current status and AS of 2 Billion. But that is out dated and old????? The company was incorporated in 2002......any changes to the share structure should be updated and reflected with the State's current status!
I have heard it is a misprint and I have heard that is old information.......fact is though the current status that is filed is what is current and accurate in my book.........too bad the company doesn't clarify this! Why did they want to deregister in April and then do a 180? Why did they allow themselves to go non current?
Way too much risk, unanswered questions here IMO with this current PPS!
