Well 70k doesn't go that far here in New York State or atleast where I'm from. 70k is like owning a trailer or a shack in bad condition. In areas of Colorado it's probably cheaper and more expensive depending on the area. The price doesn't concern me as much as the market as it is a one to two person dwelling with somewhat cramped space.
