How anyone lacks the moral conscience to at least do a follow up redressing adequately all those situations utterly speaks volumes. IF one were a registered professional (required), and the above was done..... black listed and FINRA cited on one's permanent industry record.
BUT that's apparently the nature of dealing in Blogs (ie:Adam FRAUDSTEIN), let alone Seeking Alpha shockingly. Should be the same for message boards striving for excellence and going beyond the YMB.
