Tony, while under the cloud of the lawsuit, who would buy shares in CBAI not knowing what was going to happen ?

And when discussions with CCEL and Red Oak were happening, was it even legal to make insider buys ?

imo there's still talks going on regarding the future of CBAI, CCEL still invested, we all know that, what we don't know is what else is on the table right now.

Maybe, just maybe this is not a legal window for insider buying ?

Tony, agree with you. The past 3 years I could see a reason for Joe not buying shares in CBAI, however since mid Aug. 2015 there is no apparent reason for not buying. All lawsuits are settled, Red Oak and CCEL'S ownership has been announced, shareholders meeting has been completed. The only reason I can think of is an ongoing material event that is being negotiated and not yet disclosed would prevent Joe from buying. If Joe does buy shares it would show or appear to show his confidence in CBAI'S future and provide more buying of CBAI shares by investors, IMO.
