I believe you are wrong about that. The special divy rule is designed to prevent exactly what CORs client did. Sell when everyone is buying and run away with only profits and not loss.

As I said in a post earlier, typically this is not an issue since share price was higher than the dividend. However, in this case it wasn't.

What doesn't make sense is if everyone was buying, why didn't share price go up. That's where Noblis did the damage and ultimately they have to pay. COR should be getting money from NOBLIS since NOBLIS sold. That said the same person could be NOBLIS and CRGP.

That detail seems to keep getting missed by the NSS crowd.. lol.. The debit was already paid, not like they are going to jeopardize their clearing services and good standing with the DTCC over this scam.
