I have a vague recollection that some/all of the various Wave patents and IP are not held within the company. I may be completely wrong here, but if they are held elsewhere (and hopefully in trust somewhere for the benefit of the shareholders!!), this might explain why there might be a buyer.
Don't know. Don't know. Yes. Don't know. CEO stinks and hires the wrong people and the products don't do what is claimed or only on a limited basis. Don't know.
At this point, Solms is getting cash from somewhere. I don't expect him to tell shareholders where that is from since he obviously views shareholders with disdain.
This stock is now good for penny stock traders and that's about it until some numbers and/or solid news items emerge.
I find it interesting that values are being placed on the company by pundits who have been incorrect for many years.
