I don't know why Kimmons is called crook when his company showed only 300K debt after many years of trying to get out of pennyland. The crooked is the misinformation on him spending 40 millions when he didn't even claim any salary for many years according to the filings.

Those constant misinformation over years have definitely hurt EDWY. I hope the management who is in charge of ESCU has learned some lessons and actively reveal any misinformation about ESCU as soon as they see it.

Do you know that ESCU company is NOT EDWY and Kimmons is not running ESCU? If you don't know yet, please read the last 30-40 posts on this thread. A link to the most recent filings are included in those posts too. There is no mention of Kimmons or EDWY in the OFFICIAL filings of ESCU.

And, this page is for ESCU company. Again, why should we talk about Kimmons when we like to read ESCU news on this ESCU thread? What is the reason for attempting to indirectly put down ESCU by constantly talking about another company and another person who is not involved in ESCU at all?

Why posting about someone on the ESCU page who is not a part of ESCU administration in any way according to the filings?

This is NOT EDWY company and Kimmons is not involved in ESCU decision makings. Period!

There is a great deal of misinformation about EDWY and Kimmons. The biggest untruth is that he made a killing off of the company or its shareholders. There is absolutely no truth to it. Those who know Gary personally can attest to this fact.
