but F and F are GSEs and (Government Sponsored ) not Delaware Sponsored ...............

That I assume would be the long argument that would take a hard look at the paperwork done in the Johnson administration when they went from GOVERNMENT (FEDERAL) agencies like FDIC to private but GSE
