Well they have to maintain a PPS of $1 if they ever want to uplist into the NASDAQ. Which at this rate isn't gonna happen.

As for news, time will tell although I seriously doubt it. But I don't trust any CEO of any OTC company. If this were a NASDAQ then it would be a different story.. but it's not..
