All of Koos' dubious and desperate stock issuance and spin offs have a small chance of working if and only if any of his procedurs get approved. IND will help but will only give the stock a temp boost before it drops again. The big payoff will only come if the drug candidate proves it works and a BP comes swooping in to buy per the business plan of that arrogant and incompetent CEO Koos.
