Very good points, it's inconceivable how the Senate HELP Committee could pass 21st Century Cures Act without questioning the FDA on these two court losses...especially since Amarin SPA was a 2014 significant item purposely place on budget.

I do not see FDA getting an approved 2016 budget without discussion of these issues.
