That happened once in Grand Bay, Alabama. A fella would give like 5 tickets to the waitresses as tip because Alabama didn't have a lottery and he thought was good luck to give the tickets away. He told them to share the ticket winnings. He said all he wanted was a new truck if they hit and they did. The waitresses got all jealous cuz one claimed it all so they took her to court. Not only did she have to split the money [actually can't remember if she got it or they froze it really] BUT the court made her buy the man his truck :)
