That's pretty much what I said to them as well. He then said that finra could rescind the dividend and finra was who told them to freeze it. I asked how finra approved it, the dtcc distributed it, and etrade held on to it for days before releasing it only to then take it back he put me on hold. Came back and told me that their legal dept says they have grounds to freeze it. I think they are full of it and are trying to cover there asses jic
