LG Capital took out a huge chunk of the Eastmore note (I can't definitively say on the arrangements, have to read Winters posts since that is the CEO and has kept us updated on such matters) - Hence that 34M conversion

Shares from the Vis Vires group aren't going anywhere and nor is LG capital given they want to develop a long term interest in the company.

I'm curious where you can show that after being paid off that 830M shares would be dumped from? (By whom?) If that was such the case I'd imagine a lot more than just one would be bringing that up...
