I haven't seen any change in my Ameritrade account either and several other Ameritrade customers who called them said that the agent indicated they had no information and were unaware of this being done.

That money is settled funds, there is no such thing as a "claw-back", just more fantasy on this board. Etrade has issues and will probably resolve it soon. The dividend was approved by FINRA, funds were paid by CRGP to the TA who wired the funds to DTCC who then dispersed the funds to the various brokerages. Etrade has already stated that they do not front dividends, they received the money and now are exercising over-protective poor judgement and horrendous customer service. I expect that those funds will be off that hold soon. More patience required and I know it's been tough for many. This too shall pass.
