Is it good that the company has secured funding for share conversions on the cheap from an investment firm that the CEO is part of?...I never like dilution before a run...but in this case, since it's the ceo selling them inhouse. I would have to view it as a positive. Unfortunetly, anyone here b4 the split will have to gamble (buy in again)to recover or profit. The shareholders in pennies always get screwed if timing is off and greed is on. Glty
