Is it good that the company has secured funding for share conversions on the cheap from an investment firm that the CEO is part of?...I never like dilution before a run...but in this case, since it's the ceo selling them inhouse. I would have to view it as a positive. Unfortunetly, anyone here b4 the split will have to gamble (buy in again)to recover or profit. The shareholders in pennies always get screwed if timing is off and greed is on.
