The SEC failed miserably investigating this P & D. There was an thorough investigation after the act by the FBI, and they found no wrongdoing.

The SEC begged for criminal charges to be filed. The FBI said no. The U S Attorney's and DOJ said no as well.

Out of desperation IMO, the attorney manipulated by THE HALLIN BUNCH tried to get ICE involved. Yes, those guys responsible for protecting the border. Guess they said no as well.

2:22 PM Thanks Samantha. I’m happy to see you were able to move forward as to take some action. I wish we would have had support of the US Attorney’s Office here to file criminal charges at the same time, though perhaps something will be forthcoming in your area now that you have done the heavy lifting.

2:28 PM I’d like nothing better to see (than) criminal authorities involved. The sad truth is that civil action will do nothing to stop career criminals like Blackburn. I think we did manage to make some positive impact though by changing the attorney though.

Just like the 13 failed lawsuits THE HALLIN PLAINTIFFS and puppets were involved in, it appears they failed at this one as well.

THE SEC loses 70 % of it's cases. Pretty disappointing. And they get a crack at only 5 % of the cases pending, as 95 % never see a court.
