The coordinated attempt of SECICEmaster 13 unsuccessful hallin attempts to achieve a civil complaint against treaty when there was no evidence of criminal wrongdoing is quite an achievement.
The main charge of a Belize pump and dump scheme is what the SEC claims . I would like to see every single trade and who made the trade. Does anybody think we will ever see that?
