007: This is the OTC. ERHE sp has many factors involved. There are many people who bought in at less than the current price, so there are those who can sell here with a small gain or break even. I could sell hundreds of thousands of shares for a profit...... There is uncertainty due to lack of communication from the company. This uncertainty grows with the uneasiness of a low sp. There is a time factor involved. Traders don't like their money to sit idle, so if the price doesn't go up in the desired time frame they sell and move on, even for a loss. The search warrant scared many. I think it was designed to get investors to sell their shares more than anything else.

Once news hits and the silence is broken, and time becomes measured again with deadlines and schedules, the sp will rise to new highs like a hot knife through butter. If real money moves in, it won't even look back, catching flippers by surprise.

Oilman, imo, the stock has declined based on the search warrant, 4 articles written by Silverstein and no new information since the 8K stating the ERHE offices were raided. This is oil, Nigeria, China - combination that makes most investors nervous to begin with - and then you throw in the search warrant. Imo, some investors are waiting to see what happens before jumping back in and most traders are playing it cautiously, too.

I, for one, am very confused about what you're trying to "uncover" here. Read the SEC filings and press releases, then google ERHE. No one here can tell you anymore (for certain) than what's in those.

And, I'm really not sure why you think anyone here (moderator or not) should tell you their specific plans for their investments.

Quite probably, ERHE is just not the stock for you.
