A R/S would be the last option they would do. No one is looking to do a R/S
This company is owned by shareholders and they're doing the best for the share holders

They're all share holders !
It's their ass on the line also , so why would they screw themselves over.

Two $1 shares = One $2 share. No dilution to be seen. The stigma attached to a reverse split only comes from companies that do it because their PPS dropped so much they split to keep it listed. In that sort of case, the split is an indicator that they have accepted that they will not recover their previous value.
