Baltia insiders will reward/reset themselves for failure, as part of the R/S. It's what they do.

You can ask yourself that question till the cows come home, along with thousands of other otc investors that have been slapped with an r/s they were told or led to believe would not happen. The fact is R/S'es happen every day here with no warning, over and over.
This is the OTC , don't ever forget that. At present BLTA is just another struggling sub penny ticker, no more no less. You can think it's different this time all you want..

I am holding all I care to at this time, There NEEDS to be a conclusion to this part of the cert very soon.

I would think long and hard before I believe anything anyone says on any ihub board.
