Your ? was why can't the LLc put up the 2 million, Who knows and why should that be a issue. They put up other money to be a investor and took stock for it on there own and you claim than and we are a fools for do it.
Yet the the LLC could have sold at any time and make money was my point and for the most part again looking at a years volume there still holding. This is not just one LLC it is many !!! So i guess they all just want to take it as tax loss. Will to do that then still mush sell and i see none of that so far !!!
