My guess is that FINRA or the SEC told them months ago or he## maybe last October they can NOT do what they are proposing. Pulling shares from one company to another and then calling it a dividend??
Instead of just coming out and telling it like it is they just keep playing a game. Funny how about NOW is when the second divy was to be paid and the yet ANOTHER for Suti shareholders one month from now. Total BS!!
Both of these tickers are FRAUDS,I don't care what sidekick Eddie pulls out of the pile and calls CEO.
