No, disagree. If that was the case, the application for divi's would have been denied by FINRA from the onset. Do u have evidence that this was the case?

My guess is that FINRA or the SEC told them months ago or he## maybe last October they can NOT do what they are proposing. Pulling shares from one company to another and then calling it a dividend??
