Been around the block a few times Dukemnm... I think we all know there are worst ones and better ones But decicco is one of the worst ones that is blandly stealing money from the share holders. He's just a white collar crook that needs to be leashed.
Show me a company in OTC besides QX that doesn't do he same?
Does that mean its OK to steal because they all do it. That's what is wrong with our society in that kind of thinking. Maybe is enough were caught and put in jail this wouldn't be considered the norm.
