Just because a company goes public doesn't mean that they're going to be getting money. Going public costs money actually there's a lot of fees involved. To my understanding they're doing a private raise to pay for specific items. I read through the preliminary prospectus and there was a breakdown of where the funds are going. I still believe they want to do reverse merger the question always will be is will they do it with BUCS.
