The reason for the stock BUCS, in my opinion, is to raise money. As is seeking private investments.

I seriously question that if they raise millions from private investors that those investors will also want them to go public with BUCS. And if they do those investors will, again in my opinion, want tons of shares....

By the way it has been THREE as in 3 months since the letter of intent!

Time will tell, and for me, once again, it has been telling!!!!!
