IF (big if) they raise rates, no matter how little, I will be waiting for the other shoe to drop. Three things are always certain in life: death, taxes, and E=MC2. You CANNOT change something that significant and not adjust a slew of other factors in a system as intricate as an entire nation (a pivotal won to boot). It just can't happen.
