I think the dollar is going to get stronger with or without the FED. China and Russia are dumping USD reserves like Jim Cramer drops names, and the petrodollar is waning to put it mildly. I don't believe they raise rates. Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't see how they can. The USD, without any other outside influence, is on a crash course for triple digits.
