1. NO MERGER
2. NO UPLISTING
3. NO ESCROW DOLLARS

Now board members can go at it daily back and forth BUT the FACTS are undeniable.

If you have escrows you have NOTHING!!!

If you don't have escrows, then why do you care? They can't be bought or sold, they are worthless and so are your arguements...
