Kiwi, you have no idea... Amarin is full bore out and running far beyond what you outlined as a potential "give back" in a settlement - Amarin doesn't need "assurances" from FDA - they have an injunction dude... FDA is PROHIBITED from interfering with off label promotion- where have you been? I think you're too busy rationalizing your decision to sell and keep telling yourself; "I'm OK, and I did the right thing" - over and over until you believe it ... :-0
