Does the decision only apply to the 3rd circuit ..Delaware , New Jersey etc ...but would have nation wide implications ?

The argument seems to be that they FDA will grant Amarin the Anchor indication if Amarin drops the case ?

Is that your base line view of a likely settlement ?
