That looks despicable. Law Firm is essentially taking a $250000 payoff to close the suit and walk away leaving clients with no recovery and no further claim.

My take is different. The settlement is similar to LLEN's. Clients want a change in governance. To them a viable company is worth a lot more than any recovery.
