Mis. To not know the Bodie case was going to be devastating was simple delusional and wishful thinking by MRIB longs and promoters. I looked deeply into the case but you didn't need to go very far to Find that Margrit ripped Bodie off in a big and blatantly stupid manner. She practically published his material damages in MRIB reports in reference to activity with Eco Investments. Those deals so clearly proved his case that I shutter to think of how truly stupid she is.

True, the Bodie settlement was trumpeted as "good news". I recall that because of the Bodie settlement it was time to accumulate, not to sell. The premise was Bodie investment filed a lawsuit because he went short with several million MRIB shares and couldn't cover, his broker put pressure on him to return the shares back while he lost a lot of money. It was claimed he was trying to buy time by suing Marani Brands but the lawsuit would be dropped or dismissed and Marani would triumph. All fabricated, all false, a spectacle does not triumph over factual data.
