No. Quite the opposite. COR is alleging that CRGP attempted to defraud the dividend system.

CRGP is one of the defendants. As is the TA.
But the TA never got any of the money.
CRGP seems to have gotten a big chunk of the dividend payout on ineligible shares.

Follow the money.
