When called out on it, Calissio president Adam Carter claimed there was "a huge glitch/error on how the dividend was supposed to be paid out" and promised to make it right, COR says - but he didn't.

Great article and find! It completely validates what myself and many others have been saying for YEARS now, that this company is a complete scam.

My heart goes out to those who truly believed as we did. I had a pre reverse split price of $5.97 a share and many had even higher. We knew when our investor trip to the supposed mine last year never came true that this was a scam. This spring I even went to their supposed office personally while in Las Vegas to find it was a glorified UPS store with a conference table any client who used the address could use.

Unfortunately I guess I am a slow learner. Several years ago I had a company ANTS software that went to the greys, it never came back and I should of done more DD there as well. While stocks on the greys have been put back to trading status, they were ones with legit problems they fixed. This was a very well manicured scam over several years and will not be reinstated!

This will NEVER trade again, as it shouldn't. Luckily there are many other stocks we can make it back on. Lesson learned, but stop the dreaming on this one, it is done and I doubt Adam Carter or the transfer agent will ever be brought to justice, most crooked company CEOs are not.

All this article states is what everyone is aware of already. It still does not show guilt on CRGP. Your support with this is based on nothing but speculation to this point. Only opinions.

JMHO as well.

We already knew this from the lawsuit. This is written by a Omaha second rate newspaper. Omaha is of course the home town of COR. If CRGP pays the funds back then all is well. I think the issue is what is really/how much is owed to COR. Again, lets wait and see.

The Courthouse News article is just a rehash of the COR complaint. But though I read it in the complaint, this makes me wonder:

COR claims that one of its clients bought 327 million shares of Calissio stock on the open market and resold the shares to Calissio with the understanding that no dividend was owed.

The client, of course was Nobilis. It did NOT buy its shares on the open market; they were issued in connection with a note conversion, and then sold by Nobilis to CRGP or its "affiliates". But what if there actually was some kind of "understanding"?

In his now-famous letter to COR, which was copied to George Buonacore at Nobilis, Carter says: "Your client Nobilis Consulting LLC has asked me to reach out to you…" Later in the missive he adds, "There is absolutely no reason for closing your clients [sic] account as they are not at fault here…"

Was there some kind of relationship between Nobilis and CRGP? Of course there was: CRGP had sold it a note at some earlier date, and Nobilis had much more recently converted that stock and sold it. So was there an "understanding" between CRGP and Nobilis that the stock wouldn't qualify the dividend, and did Nobilis pass that information on to COR, causing COR to make the mistake it did make?

In any case, CRGP and/or its affiliates benefited, and COR ended up in a $3.3 million jam.
