Thx for the information. Seems pretty clear to what IDCC needs to do in terms of the ITC. Their press release didn't say anything about an appeal and im assuming they were referring to the DE case coming up when they referred to “InterDigital will continue to seek compensation for past infringement and the further unlicensed use of our contributions to wireless mobile communication standards.”
On the positive side they have at least 100M left on their buyback and I fully expect them to be buying over the next few weeks.
