I still get confused why you say patents won't be published for 18 months from now. EPGL has been filing patents since early 2013. They should be out anytime. See all the tweets below talking about filing patents. Another 18 months on top of this seems longer than normal. I am not a patent expert, but I know it can take 2-3 years from what I have read. Well we should be on the tail end of that range with quite a few patents EPGL has submitted. See the tweets below...
