Yes, for those patents apps, you mentioned, and thanks for putting them into a list like that, filed from way back are very close to being published. Just add 2.5 years to each of the dates listed on those dates. 1 year for the provisionals and then 18 months after the non-provisionals are filed, gives them a 2.5 year timeframe....which, for the April 2013 patent apps, the publishing date comes around in October 2015 with more to come in November 2015, December 2015 all the way through March 2016. Then add about another year or so from the publication dates for a timeline of examination results.
In my post, I was referring to the joint patent apps. I shoulda been more clear on that.
So much stuff is happening during the remainder of 2015. Being on the sidelines for EPGL is the wrong choice for anybody that decides to do so. The move up above .10 will happen in one day. There will be a piece of news before the year is out that sparks a massive jump.
