Yes, Baez would be primarily 2B when he comes up, but once again, if he is called up after tomorrow, would not be eligible for playoffs. Can Maddon really play him full time, rather than getting a playoff eligible player ready at 2B?
You would think if they had any thoughts of the possibility of him playing every day, they would send a RP they do not plan on using in post season down tomorrow and bring him up then, so he would qualify?
As for his KO rate last season, not like that is much worse than most of the current roster is now anyway! :>
